Most orders are
processed and shipped out quickly via USPS, DHL or UPS. You will be notified
of your order tracking number by email. Should your order be delayed for
any reason or item is out of stock, you will be notified and provided
with options and/or a full refund.

Shipping Information
Most parts will be shipped
via USPS or UPS Ground and usually take 5-8 business days to reach you
in most areas of the U.S. (It is reasonable to assume that the further
you live from the state of North Carolina, the longer it will take for
delivery of your order.) Free
Ground Shipping or freight during our special Sale Event is for the 48
contiguous U.S. States only. Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Canada are subject
to higher rates, please inquire before ordering. Upgraded express
shipping available, please inquire.
Items that are larger will ship via
freight truck to your business address and does not include unpacking,
set-up or removal. Residential addresses, remote locations, apartment
buildings, condos, islands or peninsulas can ship at additional charge-
please inquire. In cases where an appointment is made for delivery, a
re-delivery fee will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment.
Returns
Please note that some items because of their nature are
not returnable. All returns are subject to a 30% fee to cover inspection
and repackaging costs. FurniturePartsOnline.com can not refund delivery
charges to or from the customer.
